When a PreparedStatement was executed but failed it is
impossible to check its parameters as they're not saved.

    Do you mean they are not included in
    getExecutedSQLStatementParameter()? That's true,
    getExecutedSQLStatements() does not include failed the
    Statement or PreparedStatement SQL as well. I don't
    consider this a bug, the statement was not executed, so why
    include it? Why not write a test that does not throw an
    exception and check that the statement was executed and
    then write a test that throws the exception and check how
    the application deals with the exception.
