The MockHttpSession and MockHttpServletRequest
consists of many unimplemented method that throw
exception. This is make them not too useful. I would like
to request for:

1. make them as abstract and make the unimplemented
methods as abstract methods, so I can extend the
class conveniently. (instead of checking for the list of
unimplemented methods in the source one by one), or

2. best of all, implement them!

Once again, this library is a work in progress. We don't
have time to implement everything at once -- even if we
could figure out what to do.
I think you're missing something here, because individual
tests should only need to implement the methods that they
touch, which should become obvious very quickly if you're
doing test-driven development. Unimplemented methods should
not be abstract because then you would have to implement
everything just to run the next test.
Of course, you're free to implement anything yourself and
    post it to the project.
