Hi, [please Cc: me, I'm not on this list atm] mpeg2enc needs a video stream as input. Has someone tried to add support for a sequence of images? What I'd like to do is take a list of YUV files with timestamp information and create an MPEG out of that. The reason for this is that I'd like to make movies from my OpenGL programs. The video card has an S-Video output which I can plug into a DC10 but I'm not satisfied with the final result's quality. What I can do is script my program, have it write each frame to a file along with a timestamp for each frame and then generate a stream using this data. Has someone tried something like this? Would it be better if I generate an AVI using this data and feed that into mpeg2enc? TIA, -- Marcelo |
