Another product to consider is coyote linux. From
Coyote Linux is a single floppy distribution of Linux that stems from the Linux
Router Project. This distribution is geared for people that have an
ethernet-based Internet connection such as a cable modem or DSL that they wish
to share with other computers on a LAN.
I have not installed yet, but will be playing with it this weekend. I have some
friends on cable modems who are very impressed with coyote. I like the idea of
a stripped down linux (should be faster) that boots right off the floppy (don't
even need a hard drive in the firewall!)
