Drop it into your code directory as chumbyspeak.pl. You'll need to strip it down to generate a single soundfile.wav, which you drop into your html_root directory. html_root=$Pgm_Root/web Then you use: run "get_url http://10.10.10.231/cgi-bin/custom/sound_test2" to get soundfile.wav to be played from the host mh. I assume that sound_test2 is canned in the chumby? You're going to run into trouble with consecutive speak events running over each other. But, that could be solved in various ways.
