Hi Jay, I have two port servers - a PortServer 16 and a PortServer II 16 running with an Atom based Windows 7 box for MH, and they work great. I downloaded the latest driver for Win7 from Digi's website, and they haven't given me any difficulties at all. These models are 10mb Ethernet. I also have an APRS application on the same box, with the radio and TNC located in another room, and it works great for the TNC's serial port. By the way, Digi apparently has a bunch of different models in their Portserver line - these are the only ones I'm familiar with. Some other models even have different pinouts for the signals on the RJ type 10 pin serial port connectors, so make sure the cables you make (or buy) are compatible with the units you get. (On the models I have, The signals are arranged so the most commonly used ones are located nearest the center of the connector, and the least used signals are farthest from center. If you don't need the outside two signals, an easily obtained 8 pin RJ45 connector works fine. That's all I've ever had to use.) Hope this helps.
