Joey,

It looks like the Generic_Item $Power_Supply (defined in
mh/code/common/mh_control.pl) will be set to 'Restored' for one pass when
the CM11 sends a power fail detected signal.  So, the best way to trigger
off this would be something like:

$Power_Supply->tie_event("&my_neat_subroutine",'Restored');
