I would just like to annouce that I have packaged Misterhouse for Debian unstable. Currently, 2.94 and 2.95 are available, although I recommend avoiding 2.94 since it was my first stab at things. Also, there are many parts to MH that I do not personally use, so it is likely that the default configuration breaks some things. If there are any Debian users on this list, please feel free to give it a try and send me feedback. MH is quite a beast and it took quite a bit of fiddling to get everything where it needed to go in order to comply with the FHS. I have also started the process for inclusion into the official Debian repositories, but it is not going to happen any time soon. See the README for first few things that you will probably want to know: /usr/share/doc/misterhouse/README.Debian You can add the following to your APT sources, if you wish: deb http://www.knizefamily.net/russ/software/debian/ ./ deb-src http://www.knizefamily.net/russ/software/debian/ ./ Direct links to the packages are available via the following page, which is linked from the official MH download page: http://www.knizefamily.net/russ/software/misterhouse.html I look forward to any feeedback.
