I run them simultaneously on several of my systems. The software support for Sphinx2 and MH is very immature at the moment (read: buggy) and I can say that as I wrote it. ;) I have been extremely busy as of late and have not had the time to update it with some necessary fixes, but it does work on a few of my machines around my house. I run Gentoo Linux for most all my systems. You can check out my website to download the latest released version of the software as well as some install instructions for it. Oh, the homepage is http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/ and that also links to festival information and a whole slew of other projects. If/when you have problems getting Sphinx running on your system, shoot me an email. I'll try and fix your issues in the software and make a new release. I have worked with some other people and got quite a few stupid little problems fixed, but I know there are more and I just haven't had the time to devote to it. --Sean Walker http://sean.surfmy.net/ |
