I have code similar to what is shown here; $SendFile = "d:/misterhouse/mh/data/test.bin"; $binfile = file_read $SendFile; set $Serial1 $binfile; if the file test.bin contains text i.e. "this is a test" the data streams out of the serial port correctly, however if the file contains raw binary information only a few bytes are sent and the data terminates. Has anyone else come across this, I am doing something wrong ? Could it be that it stops when it sees something in the binary data that looks like an EOF? Clive |
