I am trying to get the hardware assembled for my one-wire network. I have a bunch of DS18B20 temperature sensors.

I'm not clear on wiring the pinouts of the chip to the one-wire bus.

I use the standard pinouts of cat-5 as I use for networking

w-g, g, w-o, b, w-b, o, w-br, br.

The LinkUSB says I should use pins 1, 2, and 4 for communication. Looking at the device I would take this as
brown for ground
white-brown for power +5 vdc
white-blue for comms

Am I reading this backwards? The picture is confusing. It looks like it's upside down maybe?

How else does everyone using the cat-5 wire do their sensors up?
