Support for the Cal3D format is in progress, but development has stalled.
Preliminary mesh and material support is in place and the skeleton
code is about half done. The skeleton code needs proper rotation
handling between parent/child bone joints to be complete. I haven't
had the time to finish this off while working on other things--mostly
cleanup for 1.3.2. I figured rather than let this code sit on my hard
drive gathering dust I'd offer this up to anyone who wants to take a
crack at it.
