#28 Set location for translation files

When installing MiniDLNA on network-attached devices such as NAS servers, multimedia hard disks or similar devices, it is common that the usual location for runtime translation files (i.e. .mo files) is not writable or does not survive reboots. The attached patch permits changing the location for these files with a environment variable TEXTDOMAINDIR, that is also used in the command-line gettext tool for the same purpose. Notice that a <locale>.mo file wil have to be placed at $TEXTDOMAINDIR/<locale>/LC_MESSAGES/minidlna.mo
