In pre 32 windows, I found the "Windows Api Bible" by James L. Conger (The
Waite Group's) to be very useful. I do not know if there has been an
update for recent windows.
In the past I downloaded a windows .hlp file win32 reference from the
borland site, but I don't have an address any more.
