1st) g++ links with the cpp libs (that is iostream, etc whereas gcc doesnt)
2nd) gcc gives me the same error

maybe that is the error? that in last gcc package someone turned the specs
to be built-in instead of read from that directory and also it can't find
cause those missing files where in that ..\lib\gcc-lib\mingw32\2.95.3-4
