I am using mingw to build a small executable which implements
a few function for the rapi interface (communication from a desktop to
a mobile winCE device). I remember that I had to do something to
correctly link the librapi.a, i.e. run a separate command and this was
described on one of the win32 MinGW man pages but they are no longer
So what I have for the command is:
c:\MinGW\bin\g++.exe -o buld\native\CEFileOp.exe
On my old box where I have entered this command - it works fine and
the CEFileOp.exe is built. However on my new box (WinXP Pro) - with a
fresh MingGW install I get a series of errors basically telling me
that it cannot find the rapi reference. As I mentioned before, this
happened before, 2 years ago, and I entered a command to generate the
correct files separately and needed to do this once only - I cannot
remember what it was and the docs on this have gone.
Does anyone know how to link in librapi.a to my console app (rapi.h
is part of the standard win32api btw).
Sorry about the slightly vague nature of the question - any help
would be greatly appreciated.
