The build process depends on the msys dll; but are
you saying the wxWindows library that you built
depends on that dll at runtime, i.e., that dll's
name shows up when you run 'objdump -p' on the
binary you built?

Meanwhile I'm copying the mingw mailing list;
maybe someone there can shed light on this sooner.
Does the makefile.g95 build fail only with unicode?
