Instead of specifying either one, just say
and let the compiler figure out which to use.
Or try both and pick whichever one works. Using 2.95.2-1, I have only
one file with this name, and it looks like a quick workaround for SEH.

No wonder you've only got one <excpt.h>. Either one overwrites the other
when you install the MinGW and w32api headers.
