The MinGW FAQ mentions http://www.relisoft.com/book and
http://www.relisoft.com/win32 IIRC, however, I have never been able to
compile the Win32 Generic program supplied there without
it somewhat. Not that it matters too much, but has anyone here
but me used these tutorials?
