I've got problem with wtsapi32.dll. I need it to one of my program and I
did not succeed by using usual method : psexport and dlltool.
The compilation failed not finding the function that are in wtsapi32.a
(as show by a strings over the .a).
Is there any other method to be able to use functions from this DLL ?

=2E..since I'm sure the above 'Yes' doesn't help you in any way
here is a more detailed answer:
Check out the MinGWiki. All that can and/or has to be done is
described there though admittedly some aspects could use a bit
more explanation for the unknowing -- feel free to add your comments
once your problems are solved.
=2D Provide the exact commands you used to create your libwtsapi32.a
(you named it libwtsapi32.a and not just wtsapi32.a ?)
=2D You may want to provide the function prototypes you used to access
the functions from wtsapi32 (and possibly create a patch for
mingw to include them in future releases).
=2D Which OS, which gcc, MinGW etc. do you use ?
=2D Did you create a wtsapi32.def file ?
If yes, provide as well.
Last not least give a list of the functions you'd need. If everything
else fails, creating a def-file is the only way to go and for helping
you there I'd need the list of functions (preferrably including the
