I encountered an error when using the sqlext.h header file included with
MinGW, and wanted to know if this has been seen before. When I try to use
the function, it complains about the third parameter of SQLDriverConnect,
which is supposed to be a SQLCHAR*. In sqlext.h, it's defined as a SQLCHAR.
I looked it up on the microsoft win32 api help
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/psdk/dasdk/odch4ed0.htm), it looks like
it should be a pointer. Has this been seen before? If so, has it been
addressed in recent versions of Mingw? I might not have the latest version,
so could someone check their sqlext.h, please.
Please reply to my email, I'm not subscribed to the mailing list right now
(had to take it off for mailbox reasons). Thanks.
sqlext.h : line 59, pos 60
Change: third parameter of SQLDriverConnect is a pointer, not just SQLCHAR.
