Can the newlib do this?It have supported kill and fork function.But I'm not
familiar with it.
The windows also support some signal,I do not understand why the windows
can not send a signal with pid.
TerminateProcess/TerminateThread function is said that is not safe.

Now,this thread lib is wxThread that come from wxWidgets.This child thread
is a socket server writed by python that called in c++.It will loop and
block.so I hope to stop with signal.
