Also i had to post to several others because there was some doubt about my work in regards to which parts of the old runtime i might have added. I can relieve you in that regard, most work has just been adjusting makefiles and configure scripts only part i used was changing the naming convention of the dll exports + function names to fit msys. The rest is pretty much still cygwin. Only change i done myself was mapping to /usr instead of /usr/bin /usr/lib (cygwin has /usr mounted elsewhere normally). I mailed Wilson about my minimal changes and gave him the diff against the original source so he might know more about it now. Else my work is hosted here -> https://sourceforge.net/projects/cbadvanced/files/Msys2/ Its only intent is being a compiler the developers can work with instead of having to resolve to cross compiling so in short just saving you some work :).
