Now fixed in CVS... unlink( "%R/msys/1.0/bin/perl.exe" ) would not remove c:/MinGW/msys/1.0/bin/perl.exe; (it worked for me because my profile.xml specified the sysroot prefix explicitly, rather than rely on expansion of %R, as your default set-up does).
