I've uploaded the changes to the mingw.ini and I've added the mingw.ini to the http://www.mingw.org/ site so that the installer picks up the changes automagicly. The timing of when the changes are picked up are within four hours of the delivery to the read only CVS server. Delivery to the read only CVS server is dependent on SF controls.
