I'm open to ideas on the package/release modules from the user community. 
The idea must keep in mind the dynamic creation of the above link.

Also, would someone like to create an executable, preferably with the
Nullsoft Install System that would help the user to choose a base of
installation from the SF package/release system?

Please don't answer these on this list.  As a result of my query of
information, I've just created
