What errors are you getting?  If possible, cut & paste them into the e-mail.

Chances are you haven't installed everything you need.  What files did 
you install on your win32 system?  Generally, its easier to install one 
of the all-inclusive packages (e.g. MinGW-3.1.0-1.exe ) and then 
update/upgrade the individual packages as required.
