[Mingw-users] Updated GCC 3.2.1 (RC 2)

Binary release candidate 2 of GCC 3.2.1 for mingw is available.

The package is identified as:
gcc-3.2.1-20021201-2

This release candidate fixes some cross-compile problems and
includes a dllimport bug-fix that was missed in the first RC of 3.2.1 

Html versions of the GCC 3.2.1 manuals have also been uploaded.
