Well, if MicroSoft hasn't implemented it into MSVCRT.DLL then it's not
going to be implemented by MinGW.  If it is implemented into MSVCRT.DLL
but the definition is missing from MinGW then we can add the
definition.  The .def files are available from CVS so you can submit a
patch if you wish.  Beyond that, what do you desire of MinGW or what
would you like to add?
