Firstly, please be aware that running MSYS processes -- other than the
initial login shell -- directly from cmd.exe is strictly unsupported.

Hello, I know, but at least sh.exe should start fast.

That said, there may be related issues, which Cesar may wish to follow
up -- that login shell itself is significantly slower starting up for
me, when running on Win7, than it is on WinXP.

Yes, there is a lot of information on inernet saying this. But the question here is that it is slow ONLY when launched as NTSYSTEM.
