    Thanks for the report.

    First thought was malformed XML, but that seemed unlikely; this worked previously, and the cvs package spec hasn't changed recently. Furthermore,

    $ mingw-get show msys-cvs-bin

    correctly displays the package info.

    That it is the cvs package which is failing is significant. This is a bug introduced in mingw-get-0.3-alpha-1, when the CMS_KEYWORDS feature was added. One of those keywords is cvs, and it appears that it is being prematurely identified as such, when it appears in the name field of this package.

    I have a fair idea of how to fix this, and will do so for the mingw-get-0.3-alpha-2 release. In the meantime, if you already have msys-cvs-bin installed, I think you may safely ignore this; OTOH, if you need to install it,

    $ mingw-get install msys-cvs-bin

    should still work.
