I am no pascal coder, but tried a rebuild of mingw-get-inst.iss with some tweaks.
Got multiple "; missing" errors. I interpreted them to be:

line 178 missing ; after end
line 231 missing ; after end
line 240 missing ; after end
line 243 missing ; after end
line 246 missing ; after end
line 249 missing ; after end
line 252 missing ; after end
line 255 missing ; after end
line 281 missing ; after end
line 284 missing ; after end
line 293 missing ; after end
line 296 missing ; after end
line 299 missing ; after end
line 304 missing ; after end
line 308 missing ; after end
line 311 missing ; after end
line 320 missing ; after end

Indeed. I'm experiencing the same issue.

The use of the semicolon in Pascal is subtly different from its use in C, but it does seem to me -- I used to write a lot of Pascal code -- that it would be necessary in the context of these statements. Begs the question "how did Chuck successfully compile his releases, from that source?". Anyway, I've added the missing semicolons for the 20101030 release.
