Hi all, I'm trying to build the win64 compiler using this script: http://www.opensc-project.org/build/browser/trunk/mingw64/build but it errors out with: /home/erikd/mingw-w64/Toolchain/x86_64-pc-mingw32/bin/ld: dllcrt2.o: No such file: No such file or directory collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [libgcc_s.dll] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/erikd/mingw-w64/Build/gcc/x86_64-pc-mingw32/libgcc' make[1]: *** [all-target-libgcc] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/erikd/mingw-w64/Build/gcc' make: *** [all] Error 2 FATAL: gcc.make Any ideas why? Which gcc version do you use? Try latest stable gcc-4.3.2 and not svn head. Alon. Nope. I've never seen that script before. Use mine and see how it gets you. It's in our svn under the experimental directory. |

Just tried again... using binutils CVS head, gcc-4.3.2, mingw-w64 SVN head and all is OK. Ok, I've switched from gcc head to the svn gcc_4_3_2_release tag with binutils CVS head and mingw-w64 SVN head, but now I get: checking for ld version... 21951 checking for ld that supports -Wl,--gc-sections... configure: error: Link tests are not allowed after GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES. make[1]: *** [configure-target-libstdc++-v3] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/erikd/mingw-w64/Build/gcc' make: *** [all] Error 2 FATAL: gcc.make Erik -- ----------------------------------------------------------------- Erik de Castro Lopo ----------------------------------------------------------------- "Even Napoleon had his Watergate" -- Michael Spautz |
