What about progress in Ada support? What are the major problems?
And is Ada run-time library must be shipped with any Ada program compiled by gnat from mingw-w64?
Ada has always been built properly for me, most of the time, no no guarantees if it actually works. If you're asking for ADA support to be included in the regular automated builds, you'll likely have to build GCC yourself as buildbot doesn't do it yet.
Use a tool like dependency walker to check which DLLs you need to ship with your program.
There is something wrong with Ada for native mingw-w64. What I found:
* TDM-GCC do not have Ada for mingw-w32;
* there was fix for Ada from sezero: http://gcc.gnu.org/viewcvs?view=revision&sortby=date&revision=158482

The ada part is at the moment not supported, because the recent changes (or prepared changes) for libffi aren't merged on gcc's upstream. This is also the reason, why libjava isn't build, too.
What is the progress now for native mingw-w64?
I have finished the 64bit ADA for Windows, go to http://ya-mingw64.sourceforge.net/ to have a trial.
