[MiKTeX] latex/word/wordperfect converter

Hello,

Sorry for asking questions that I am sure have been asked a thousand
times...

Does anyone have any experience with latex to MS Word / WordPerfect
converters that are free and stand alone programs?  By stand alone I mean
that the program is not a macro or something of the sort.
