Hi Yi, If you have not yet done so, just try running the dvipdfm program again. John Mullen -----Original Message----- From: Yi Mao [mailto:ma...@au...] Sent: Thursday, October 10, 2002 12:33 PM To: mik...@li... Subject: [MiKTeX] Unable to find a TFM or OFM file Hello, I want to convert some .dvi files to .pdf file, so I installed MikTex on Windows 2000. When I tried to use dvipdfm to do the conversion, I got the error message shown below: D:\paper>dvipdfm foo.dvi foo.dvi -> foo.pdf [1 dcr17: Unable to find a TFM or OFM file Output file removed. During the installation, I used all the defaults paths. I saw there was a TFM folder at C:\texmf\fonts\tfm. I wonder if the program is looking for this folder and why it does not find this folder. Could you please help? Your help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time and efforts.
