Thanks You must create a local texmf tree which must be 'TDS-compliant', indicate it as local root (run the program Settings from MiKTeX and click on the tab 'Roots' then click on 'Add' and indicate your local texmf tree). Then you can install packages (there are often, in the doc of package, a 'How to install').
