[MiKTeX] Error message says" texexec: the Perl interpreter couldn't be found."

Hi,
I am using MiKTeX 2.4.1461 on Win 2000. It works well since installed.
Now I got the following message when I tried the ConTeXt installed within this MiKTex.

texexec: the Perl interpreter couldn't be found.

I built the cont-uk format and updated the format file successfully in Miktex Options. 
Then I set the Perltk path following the Pragma installation manual. 
And I also added the Perl path I found in my computer. 

But ConTeXt still couldn't work.

I have read the past postings in this mailing list, but I cannot find its solution.
Could any one give me some suggestion to let ConTeXt work?
