Dear MiKTeXers, I have downloaded the various comicssans afm, tfm and vf files from dante, updated updmap.cfg to include comicsans.map, run initexmf -u and initexmf -- mkmaps. When I have a document with usepackage{comicssans} and run pdfeTeX on it, everything works fine. However, whenever I try to run e-TeX on exactly the same document and then view it in Yap I get the following error message: Making PK font: C:ProgrammeMiKTeXTeXMFmiktexbinmakepk.exe --verbose rcomic8r 1493 600 magstep(5.0) ljfour Trying to make PK font "rcomic8r" (at 1493 DPI)... Does anyone have an idea, what is going wrong in Yap? Thanks for any help. Rüdiger |
