As I reported in
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=110783&aid=1580093&group_id=10783
it is currently notpossible to use hebrew with MiKTeX 2.5.

After a long search I found the missing font files and
collected them in the attached zip-file.
It is based on
ftp://tug.ctan.org/pub/tex-archive/language/hebrew/hebtex/win95/install_tex_on_win95/hebrew32.zip
I updated the fontnames and the special.map according to
http://www.tug.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/required/babel/00readme.heb

The folder "localtexmf" of the attached zip-file is the
config folder under ~\Documents and Settings.

So it would be cool if other users wouldn't have the
stress to search for the fonts but to be able to
install a MiKTeX-package "hebrew" with the files from
the attached zip-file.

If I can do more to create a suitable package, let me know.

Thank you. Please note that I generally only distribute stuff found in the CTAN.
I will add the redis package (http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/redis/).
