When I try to use the MiTeX Package Manager to install a package, I get the
error messages "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"
and "connect failed in tcp_connect()". I have tried to change to a different
repository using the Change Package Repository facility but, when try to use
this facility, I again get the "connect failed in tcp_connect()" error
message. How do I fix this please?
