Problem: lualatex is outputting to texput.dvi ou texput.pdf when compiled (like AUCTeX does) with nonstopnome and \input in command line.

Expected behavior: output to FILENAME.dvi/pdf (as latex does).

Description:

I use Emacs with recent AucTeX. It usually calls latex in nonstopmode with the following command line:
latex -interaction=nonstopmode "\input" "FILENAME.tex"
and normally it outputs to the file FILENAME.dvi

Using with the following file: hi.tex with contents

\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
Hi.
\end{document}

with command line
lualatex --output-format=dvi -interaction=nonstopmode "\input" "hi.tex"
we get

With normal latex it outputs to hi.dvi. With same command line as above with lualatex on linux (texlive) it outputs to hi.dvi. Not tested with lualatex on windows texlive.
