Maybe someone else on the list has experience with this tool and could lend a hand to Aravind's team? If this tool isn't easy to use (and it isn't free), are there other query analysis tools or techniques that SunGard uses to help pinpoint where the SQL is might be slow? The goal would be to help identify why the 90% time for the Collection Entry Submit is still so slow. Thanks, Jeff |
