I checked and it seems gnus-show-threads is a boolean flag
(so according to our naming scheme it should be
mh-show-thread-flag). I was thinking of making the control
more fine grained -- if t folder is always threaded, nil
then folder is never threaded and with an integer value
folder is threaded if number of scan lines is below that
threshold. This would avoid performance problems with trying
to thread really large folders.
Thoughts?
