Thanks for pointing out the help dialog misbehavior in NonpaR.  I was setting the wrong parent for the help dialog.
I've made the following commits to SourceForge which just replace the parent for the help dialogs with the appropriate next level parent.

5 classes in ...cluster/gui/impl/nonpar
NonparFisherPanel
NonparGUI
NonparInitWizard
NonparModePanel
NonparWilcoxonPanel

1 class in ...cluster/gui/impl/dialogs
GroupSelectionColorPanel

If you could drop these into the build for the next release NonpaR will present the help dialogs properly.  Thanks again for catching that.
