Hi. I have many datasets using Affymetrix Rhesus arrays. Is there a way to get the chip annotation? IMPORTANT POINT: the monkey community, (the monkey research community that is) have improved upon the Affymetrix annotation (which is very poor, because it blasts against the macaque genome... you get lots of things that are orthologs but the gene symbol is LOCXXXXX and converting is not easy.) by blasting the probeset targets against human. Rob Norgren, who made the cDNA library that Affy worked with, provides an updated annotation at his website:

If I can help in any way please let me know...
