EDIT: NEVER MIND I was doing it wrong, I just needed to click on the upper left on load instead of just clicking strait through. My bad, sorry for any inconvenience.
It is possible that I may just be doing this wrong, but:
Whatever gene I have at the top of the .txt file that I load into MeV to do analysis disappears. Yes I have a row of identifiers/labels above that which load correctly and MeV lists across the top of my data as I would expect (am I supposed to have two rows of identifiers/labels instead of just one maybe?). Then for the rest of my time in MeV, no matter what I do that gene is gone EXCEPT if I export a cluster to a file. It doesn't matter what cluster I export, but the resulting file now magically has the deleted gene glued on top of it as if it had been part of that random cluster at its top.
Is this a bug and I should just glue a fake gene on the top of my data? Or is this a feature where two rows of identifiers/labels are supported (a.k.a. REQUIRED) and I should just glue another row of identifiers/labels onto the top of my data?
