Hello,

I'm using Meshlab v1.3.2.

The attached zip file contains two off files : ActualFile.off which causes the problem I am about to describe and ExpectedRendering.off which is what I would have expected to obtain with the first file.

When viewing a concave polygon, described as a single face in the OFF format (which I believe is legal - see here: http://www.holmes3d.net/graphics/offfiles/offdesc.txt), meshlab often messes out by creating triangular faces that cover the concave parts of the polygon, thus altering its shape.

I believe its a bug on meshlab side since the OFF format allows the description of suche shapes.

True. The off importer was using a simple fan triangulation algorithm instead of the correct one.
    Corrected.
    Thanks for submitting the issue.

I am not familiar with Meshlab's release plan : how will I get the correction ? Should I wait for version 1.3.3 or will it be included in a patch yet to be released ?
