Hi everybody, is there a special reason why the maximal size of the viewport (MAX_WIDTH and MAX_HEIGHT, see src/config.h, line 102/103) is compiled into Mesa (maybe performance)? Especially for off-screen rendering one would like to have much larger viewports than the defaults (without having to recompile the libraries). So my question is: Are MAX_WIDTH and MAX_HEIGHT really necessary or could one do without? If not, could they be replaced by environment variables which could be changed on demand without touching the libraries? Greetings, Volker Reichelt |
