#286 Variable Repod Costs under current SF build

In the Server/Campaign Folder is a file named omnivariantmods.dat where variable costs for unit repods can be set:

i.e.:

Nova Prime#1000$0$0
Nova D#1000$0$0
Nova C#1000$0$0
Nova B#1000$0$0
Nova A#1000$0$0

The 1000 CB should add to the Repod cost set by the server. This work previously, but doesnt anymore with the current Mekwarsbuild.

There was a problem before with the Repods, which havent worked and i think this is the same issue.

Also i think it has to do with the wrong naming of Units in mekwars.

i.e.
My unit: #134855 Panther (4/5) [42 EXP Edge 1] Kills: 0 Built by Draconis Combine on Sertar. BV: 1088 Is Fully Functional

Since Unit Shortnames arent shown this could be the issue with the not working omnivariantmods.

If there is another way to deal with it, in example different writing in the omnivariantmods.dat as "Nova Prime#1000$0$0", please let me know
